The meadow behind the factory in Lübbecke was transformed into a unique, large tented village between 8th and 10th September in order to celebrate this wonderful event with customers, employees and the general public.
More than 2,500 guests celebrated together with company founder Paul Gauselmann on the Friday and Saturday. National and international customers, long-standing companions of Paul Gauselmann, guests of honour from politics and the business world as well as family and friends were able to witness star violinist David Garrett live in concert in a truly special atmosphere. The German pop band PUR ensured that the mood was vibrant amongst the company employees on the Saturday evening. A further highlight on both evenings was the 20 minute long firework display combined with a light show.
The 36,000 m² tent was opened to the general public on the Sunday. Several thousand people took the opportunity to find out more about the market leader of the entertainment industry with over 12,000 employees. Alongside attractions such as the Ferris wheel and a bull riding machine, visitors could take part in a free factory tour, visit the Coin-Op Museum in the castle Schloß Benkhausen or find out about the various subsidiaries of the Gauselmann Group in the exhibition tent.
edict also took part in the 60th group anniversary and presented itself to visitors in the exhibition tent. Visitors had the opportunity to speak with the team and watch an explanatory video to find out who edict is and what kind of products the company offers.
